The resort’s natural setting allows guests to enjoy bike trails, eco tours, fishing expeditions, kayaking trips, alligator boat tours, and walking tours through the Forest Preserve.
A day camp for children ages 4-12 operates from Memorial Day to early September (surcharges). Other children's activities include scavenger hunts, treasure hunts, board-riding instruction at the beach, soccer classes, arts and crafts, and sand-dollar painting (surcharges).
Teens enjoy photo scavenger hunts, kayak tours, poolside movie parties, and adventure boat trips to a nearby island (surcharges).

The Inn at Harbour Town - Sea Pines Resort offers 60 guestrooms in a three-story gray building with an elevator. Butlers in tartan kilts provide 24-hour service. Beds have foot-thick, plush-top mattresses, 100-percent Egyptian cotton linens, triple sheeting, neck-roll pillows, and throw pillows. Bathrooms contain separate tubs and glassed-in stall showers, granite vanities, and Molton Brown toiletries.
Guestrooms also include alarm clocks with iPod docking stations. Ceiling fans offer a cooling alternative to rooms' air conditioning. Waffle-weave bathrobes supply lounging comfort.
Furnishings include antiqued walnut-colored headboards, leather-topped dressing benches, desks with cushioned chairs, and upholstered reading chairs with ottomans.
